1. General Provisions
   1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") regulate the use of the NDO website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").
   1.2. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Website.
   1.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on the Website.

   2.2. When registering, you are required to provide accurate information about yourself. If inaccurate information is found, your account may be deleted or blocked.

3. Posting Advertisements
   3.1. Advertisements on the Website may only be posted in accordance with the requirements specified in these Terms.
   3.2. It is prohibited to post advertisements that violate current Ukrainian legislation, the rights of third parties, or contain obscene language, misleading information, violent content, or any other material deemed inappropriate.
   3.3. The Website Administration reserves the right to delete any advertisements without prior notice if they violate these Terms or current Ukrainian legislation.
    

NOTICE TO USERS

Please note that posting advertisements related to any criminal activities, the sale of alcohol, cigarettes, weapons, drugs, or illegal medical substances, as well as offers of escort services or sexual services, is strictly prohibited on our platform.

Any such advertisements will be immediately removed from the site. If these advertisements were paid as VIP advertisements, they will also be deleted, and no refunds will be issued.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and responsible community on our platform. 
 

4. User Responsibility
   4.1. Users are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and the information they provide on the Website.
   4.2. The Website Administration is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred in connection with the use of the Website or the posting of advertisements.
   4.3. Users are required to use the Website in compliance with current Ukrainian legislation and must not violate the rights of other users or third parties.
    

5. Privacy
   5.1. The Website Administration collects, processes, and stores users' personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
   5.2. All personal data provided by users is used exclusively to provide services on the Website and is not transferred to third parties without user consent, except as required by law.
