1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the NDO website (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"). 1.2. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the Site. 1.3. The Site Administration has the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

2. Registration and account

2.1. To post ads, users must register an account on the Site. 2.2. When registering, you must provide reliable information about yourself. In case of detection of incorrect information, your account may be deleted or blocked. 2.3. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3. Placing ads

3.1. Advertisements on the Site may be placed only in accordance with the requirements specified in these Terms. 3.2. It is forbidden to publish ads that violate the current legislation of Ukraine, the rights of third parties, or that contain obscene language, misleading information, violent content, or any other material that may be considered unacceptable. 3.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to remove any ads without warning if they violate these Terms or current legislation of Ukraine.

4. Responsibility of users

4.1. Users are solely responsible for the content of their ads and the information they provide on the Site. 4.2. The Administration of the Site is not responsible for any damages or losses arising in connection with the use of the Site or posting of advertisements. 4.3. Users are obliged to use the Site in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and not to violate the rights of other users or third parties.

5.1. The Site Administration collects, processes and stores personal data of users in accordance with the Privacy Policy. 5.2. All personal data provided by users are used exclusively for the provision of services on the Site and are not transferred to third parties without the user's consent, except for cases provided by law.

6.1. The Site administration reserves the right to block or delete the user's account in case of violation of these Terms or in case of non-compliance of the user's activity with the Site's rules.
