We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team! If you’re someone who enjoys engaging with people, has a knack for sales, and thrives in a structured remote work environment, we’d love to hear from you. Your main role will be to promote and sell subscriptions through online communication, ensuring a seamless experience for potential and existing customers. What You’ll Be Doing: - Communicating with potential customers via chat and other online channels to promote and sell subscriptions; - Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and assisting them through the subscription process; - Following up with leads to maximize conversions and customer retention; - Ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for all customers; - Maintaining records of interactions and providing feedback to improve sales processes. What We’re Looking For: - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or online assistance is a plus, but not required – we provide training; - A people-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a persuasive approach; - Ability to stay organized, manage multiple conversations, and work efficiently in a remote setting; - English proficiency at an Intermediate level or above.
